Boise is a vibrant city which will attract many newcomers in the future. This growth can compliment the already high quality of living the Treasure Valley enjoys or it can degrade it. At C Squared we’re committed to developing the downtown area with the finest quality high-density, mixed use projects possible. Downtown Boise is clean, safe, and vibrant. However, it lacks sufficient residential inhabitants to balance the economics and character of the downtown area. To fill that need, we intend to develop a significant amount of residential units in the downtown region.

We are driven to build communities -- not just projects. All C Squared developments will incorporate excellent design respecting surrounding properties and streetscape. Buildings will be sustainabe. meaning they will be environmentally responsible by minimizing water and energy usage and maximize the use of renewable resources. In addition, C Squared intends to provide inclusionary housing to all residential projects. Meaning a certain percentage of each project will be priced to allow for workforce housing. A healthy community means one which respects the environment and is diverse in its use. We will introduce public art or public spaces into each project so these projects will connect and contribute to the community outside the project walls.
